Responsible for the availability and maintenance of galley and laundry equipment, fixed fire fighting systems and fresh water storage and distribution systems.

Managed a team of 20 people to provide optimal machinery and domestic equipment performance.

Brought the ship out of a prolonged maintenance period and carried out repair, maintenance and sampling of the fresh water system to ensure water was safe to drink and ensure ship was habitable.

Diagnosed high profile defects with reverse osmosis plants and implemented a repair plan in a time frame which allowed the ship to be ready for operations.
